Suicide Prevention Mobile App for High School Students

Kognito offers a free App for high school students to help them learn skills for supporting a friend who may be struggling. “Friend2Friend” teaches suicide prevention skills using an interactive format and is available in the Apple Store and Google Play

Firearms Safety

Columbus Public Health compiled a list of agencies that provide gun locks and lock boxes for sage storage.

The Buckeye Firearms Association and LOSS Community Services are partnering to provide free resources and training on suicide prevention for gun owners and gun shops. More information on protecting your family and/or customers is available on the LOSS Community Services website.
